Pirate's Cove Resort (formerly "Andrews On The Bay"), located on a hillside in peaceful Honey Creek Bay on Lake Shafer, is a quiet family resort near Indiana Beach. Our cottages, suites, and hotel rooms are spread out on three different ground levels. We're far enough from the hustle and bustle to relax, yet only a short walk or ferry ride from Indiana Beach. We pride ourselves in having quality accommodations with enough amenities to make everyone feel at home. There is a heated pool with plenty of deck space for laying out. Or you can take advantage of our fishing & boat piers. Guests often fish off the pier where they can also tie up their own boats. Our season is from May to September with possibilities for off-season monthly rentals in fall or spring. Monticello has much to do in the summer including the Indiana Beach amusement park, 2 18 hole golf courses, a drive-in theatre, go-carts. Lake shafer is great for bass fishing and there is a boat/waverunner rental shop walking distance from Pirate's Cove.
